Cooling and Curing: After the heat press process, the fabric is cooled and cured to set the colors, ensuring the design is permanent and durable.

Finishing: The fabric may undergo additional processes such as cutting, sewing, or other finishing treatments to make it ready for use in products like clothing or banners.

Vibrant Colors: Sublimation fabric can produce bright, vibrant, and highly detailed prints that are resistant to fading over time.

Durability: The prints are embedded in the fibers of the fabric, making them resistant to cracking, peeling, or washing off, unlike traditional surface prints.

Comfortable Feel: Sublimation printing does not affect the fabric’s texture, so the material remains soft and comfortable, even after printing.

Eco-Friendly: Sublimation printing is a relatively eco-friendly process as it produces less waste and uses less water compared to traditional dyeing or printing methods.

Fabric Compatibility: Sublimation printing is only suitable for synthetic fabrics, particularly polyester. Natural fabrics like cotton do not work well with this process.

Heat Sensitivity: The fabric must be handled carefully during the heat press process, as excessive heat or improper pressure may damage the material.
